1828 Definition of AMER'ICAN

AMER'ICAN, adjective Pertaining to America

AMER'ICAN, noun
A native of America; OrGINALLY applied to the aboriginals, or copper colored races, found here by the Europeans.

Now it applies to the decedents of Europeans born in America.

I was raised to believe like everyone else that the African narrative applied to my existence as well. Then one day I realized that we were being given an ideology similar to that of believing in Santa Clause. So I began to ask questions and those questions often lead to my removal from the lectures of some of the renowned African American Scholars. I found that the answers were not adequate. At this point, I began to recall the stories that my grandmother and Aunts told me and that is also when I started to unlock all of the hidden truths. It is these truths that have been in our proverbial faces this whole time. It is these "Truths" that have lead me to where I am today and my ability to guide many to finding there place on this planet we call home aka Earth.
